I just don’t know about the return of Anthony Joshua.
I’ve never had a great read on AJ and he’s done plenty of things I’ve not expected him to, including leaving a coach or two I thought he’d stay with longer than he did.
While the link up with Team Usyk may help in some ways, I think it’s just another set of voices to confuse him on the path of finding his true identity as a boxer. In several fights, he appears to have been caught between styles.
There is an advantage of having had several trainers if you take bits from each of them and add them to what you are.
But Joshua seems to muddle up the messages sometimes.
Then, when you factor in different game plans for different fighters, that is a lot of change each and every time.
